We were delighted with our Ruby Wedding cake as well as with the excellent service we received. The cake looked beautiful and tasted wonderful. Richard worked well with our ideas and colour scheme, he made us a fabulous wedding cake which was a two tier sponge, beautifully decorated with hand made flowers and coral ribbon.
 
We decided on cup cakes for our evening wedding party and these looked lovely displayed on the stands and tasted delicious. We chose four different flavours and each were individually decorated.
 
We have no hesitation in recommending Richard, you will not be disappointed.

Rich made me a chocolate sponge cake with a cream middle and hard chocolate and truffles round the side for my birthday as a surprise from my family.
The cake itself was light, the cream and truffles were delicious and went down a treat, even after a 2 course meal.

Richard made our wedding cake in June 2010, we had a very pink wedding and asked all our guests to wear pink, So obviously we wanted a pink cake. Richard suggested pink and brown as my husband had a brown suit. So we decided on a three tier chocolate cake covered in pink and brown polka dots. It looked amazing and had a wow factor that all the guests commented on. The cake itself was rich and moist even the piece we saved and ate after our two weeks honeymoon. We have recommended Rich to lots of our friends and they have been equally impressed too. We have used him since for my 30th birthday cake, which was a pink 3D Barbie! We are all delighted he is opening his “little cake cottage” in Calverley.

Rich made me a fab 40th birthday cake, the theme was a veg plot as I am attempting to grow my own at the bottom of my garden. The attention to detail was amazing, the cabbages looked fantastic, every carrot, pumpkin and parsnip had a tiny green stalk on them and there was also a glut of potatoes and courgettes. Rich had modeled a watering can, a truck full of veg, garden tools and for the extra personal touch even my cat made an appearance, all of which were made from icing and completely edible.

The Little Cake Cottage did a 1st Birthday cake for my son Astin, I just wanted to say that it was amazing it tasted like it looked – fabulous.
